Master lectures
At the Institute of Hydraulic Engineering and Water Resources Management, students in the Master's program in the fields of hydraulic engineering, water management and urban water management acquire in-depth knowledge of hydromechanics as well as of various focuses of hydraulic engineering. Focuses are, for example, topics such as waterway engineering, coastal engineering, hydropower, groundwater or sediment transport. In addition, the IWW offers every year topics in the module Environmental Engineering Workshop, in which students from different disciplines solve a scientific problem together. Learning how to work scientifically is also the focus of the courses Experimental Hydraulic Research and Hydraulic Engineering Seminar.
